Head Coach, Sarah Mcquaid
Howdy! I’m Coach McQuaid and I am currently pursuing my PhD in the Materials Science and Engineering department. I grew up in southern California, but have been in Texas for 10+ years. I joined TAMU Crew as a freshman with no prior rowing experience in 2018 and competed with the team until 2022. Outside of my research and Crew, you can find me coaching at Row House, participating in other outdoor activities like golf, running, paddle boarding, or hanging out with my two cats at home!
Vice President, Drew Willis
Howdy! I'm Drew, and I am excited to serve Crew this year as both vice president and assistant coach! I am looking forward to helping the team develop both strength wise and in rowing technique, as well as continuing to help grow the incredible team culture. All of it is needed to win races, and I'm confident we can keep bringing medals back to College Station. In my spare time, I enjoy working out, running, or taking a drive and jamming to music. I played baseball and ran cross country in high school, and love watching the STL Cardinals whenever I get the chance!
Assistant Coach, Anna Klein
Hi again! I am so pumped to serve as a coach for crew. I know this team has incredible potential and I can’t wait to see it fulfilled. Coming from a swimming and water polo background, as well as olympic weightlifting, I know I have a lot to bring to the table. Rush Crew!

Novice Coach, Owen Frazer
Howdy! I’m Owen and I can’t wait to start coaching this year. In my free time, I like to play games and hang out with my friends. I’ve been rowing for 5 years and I’m super excited to see how we’ll do this next season.
Novice Coach, Brendan Rogers
Howdy! My name is Brendan and I'll be one of the novice coaches this fall. When I'm not on the water, I like getting out of the house and catching up with friends. I enjoy playing guitar in my free time and have also gotten into cooking over the past few years. I'm a bit of a movie buff too, so if you ever need a recommendation, I’ve got you covered.
